About the Foundation

Building a future where financial hardship never blocks opportunity.

Xeon Grant Foundation was founded on a simple belief — that a well-placed grant, delivered with dignity, can change the trajectory of a life, a family, or a business.

Our Mission

Direct financial support, delivered with dignity.

We remove financial barriers for individuals, families, students, veterans, seniors, and small business owners by providing accessible, transparent, and equitable grants.

Our Vision

A nation where every person has the resources to move forward.

We envision resilient communities built through equitable access to capital, education, healthcare, and housing — one grant at a time.

Our History

Fifteen years of quiet, measurable change.

Founded in 2011 by a coalition of small-town business owners, educators, and community organizers, Xeon Grant Foundation began by distributing modest emergency grants to families in five states.

Today, we operate nationally with more than 40 partner organizations, having distributed over $48 million in direct assistance. Our approach remains local, respectful, and radically simple: put money in the hands of people who need it, quickly.

Every decision we make traces back to the neighbors we started with — and the trust they placed in us.
